Sādhanā, literally “a means of accomplishing something”, is a generic term coming from the yogic tradition and it refers to any spiritual exercise that is aimed at progressing the sādhaka towards the very ultimate expression of his or her life in this reality.

The form doesn’t matter, making the form a practice does. It doesn’t become our practice until we do it every day. Most days I do a little Tai Chi/ Qigong and Yoga; sometime I run, or did before the lockdown, but I don’t really practice; I do just enough to say that I have done it.
I must practice.
