Covid-19 Report

See the Imperial College report –
If I read this correctly the conclusion of this report is that a policy of doing nothing is not feasible as it would overwhelm health care services by May this year whereas a robust suppression strategy would stop overwhelm of health services, and consequently deaths, in the short term but, absent a vaccine, would lead to a resurgence of the infection once the measures are relaxed.

About This Blog

I write because I write just as I run because I run. I write on social media because it’s there and I’m here. I run on the streets of Newham because they’re there and I’m here. 52 Netstorms is a resolution to take my writing to another level. It is a resolution to write a serious article, an essay of around 1000 words, each week for the next 52 weeks.
The subjects of the essays will vary widely and include interviews, reviews and analyses written from personal, political and philosophical perspectives. The essays will be an adjunct to my own learning and reflections on learning.
I have called myself a writer and a runner but in truth I have been a blogger and a jogger. Over the next 52 weeks my resolve is to use writing and running to become rather more.
